Battery simulator

The system can be configured as battery simulator and battery conditioning equipment (BCE). The system can be customised with different voltage, current and power needs.
The rack can be controlled both locally and remotely (EDEN protocol).
  • battery simulator

As Battery Simulator configuration, the system simulates the behaviour of a 32.8V lithium battery by providing the following functions:

    • Voltage and current monitoring, during charge and discharge cycles
    • Simulation of battery temperature variation
    • Simulation af analogue ASM telemetry
    • Calculation of energy managed during charge and discharge cycles (Wh)
    • Protection from Overvoltage, Undervoltage ed Overcurrent
    • Interlock
    • Isolation switch
  • battery conditioning

As Battery Conditioning configuration, the system manages the charge and discharge of a 32.8 V lithium battery by providing the following functions:

    • Voltage and current monitoring during charge and discharge cycles
    • Monitoring the temperature of the battery
    • Calculation of energy managed during charge and discharge cycles (Wh)
    • Protection from Overvoltage, Undervoltage ed Overcurrent
    • Interlock
    • Isolation switch
